It gives me the greatest of pleasure to invite yogis old and new to join me in South East Asia during 2012/13 for a luxurious holiday of a lifetime, a time to relax, reflect, and refresh your Mind, Body and Soul.

My partner Martin & I have selected only the finest Spa Resorts to work with this year, and I am very excited about teaching and practicing yoga in this stunning part of the World, with my new hosts. And also to meet my new friends.

Generally there will be free demonstrations, and the chance to join in a yoga class,
short course or one to one tuition, the choice is yours.
